I have done a very lengthy research, googled and youtubed for months and months before ordering this bundle. I would not say it is a "kit", I think a bundle is a better description. All the ingredients I needed are in this bundle, I am glad the included the green powder pot, because it's what I will order again for sure and thank you for introducing it to me though this order. Detox Symptoms but I am good now
Ok...I got a bit of "detox symptoms" a bit of diarrhea and tiredness, so I emailed the Dr. Majdi here and he explained it all to me...Actually there is a nice blog on their website on this subject "detox symptoms" , so I lowered the dosage..actually I stopped taking the supplements for two days, then started all over again, with one of each bottle once a day, I can tell you this, stick to your guns and you'll make it through, I did and it's all good now. The supplements are awesome, you just need to monitor your body and see how you feel, drink lots of water, no dairy for sure. Good luck to all. Good buy! I'll order it again next year for sure!

A good product for the gym!
I started recently going to the gym and I felt like It was too hard for me. I Feel Awesome!!!!

First Time
Was my very first cleanse ever! I am finally back to my pre-mom weight! I believe the weight loss is due to my body being able to function more properly since there is much less of a toxic load. I've been looking for a kit that has all in one. This is it! Arrived on time. I started using it.
