I have done a very lengthy research, googled and youtubed for months and months before ordering this bundle. I would not say it is a "kit", I think a bundle is a better description. All the ingredients I needed are in this bundle, I am glad the included the green powder pot, because it's what I will order again for sure and thank you for introducing it to me though this order. My first order and won't be my last for sure. Delivery was delayed but arrived finally, nice packaging and very polite and generous customer service who assured me I will get my order or I'll get my money back - because it got delayed a bit. I was able to deal with all the "detox symptoms" but honestly it is not that bad, I am stopping the supplements on weekends, I have a "cheat day" and a day off these supplements. 2 wks later of taking the supplements I am happy to report that I feel really good; better sleeping, more energy, better bowel movements and more regular. I detox regularly but this is my first time using a product from online and not made by me . I did have a bit of nausea well a lot but that’s normal . It was pleasant not grinding and mixing my herbs as I do . Most of the herbs in the detox bundle I use regularly I didn’t notice much change but that’s because I detox on the regular . You may have a bit of discomfort using the bathroom #2 drink plenty of water , green tea , cranberry juice . Fresh juice only no mixed juices like fruit punch you’ll make yourself sick you will throw it up or poop it out
