Easy step-by-step guide to using this Liver Support Pack:

Step 1:
Vital Liver Support: Take 1 capsule, 1 - 3 times per day.

Step 2:
Digest & Detox Aid: Take 1 - 2 capsules, 3 times per day with food.

Step 3:
Fiber Colon Aid: Add 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons of powder (5g to 10g) to a small amount of water or juice (¼ of a glass). Take 1 to 3 times daily, 30 minutes before a meal.

Step 4:
Multi-Flora: Take 1 capsule, 1 - 3 times per day with food.

2 x pots Vital Liver Support: This food supplement is a herbal and vitamin combination for healthy liver function, with choline, biotin, artichoke, garlic, burdock root, parsley leaf, N-Acetyl L- Cysteine, beetroot, licorice root, Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), fennel seed, turmeric, ginger root, cayenne and dandelion root.
1 x pot Digest & Detox Aid: Plant-derived enzymes (betaine hydrochloride, lipase, amylase, protease, bromelain and papain), combined with a range of herbs (alfalfa, apple cider vinegar powder, caraway seed, chamomile, fennel seed, ginger root, peppermint leaf and turmeric (with curcumin)). The enzymes in this food supplement are derived from plant, fruit and vegetable sources. As recommended by Marie Claire magazine and world-renowned naturopath and author, Max Tomlinson.
1 x pot Fiber Colon Aid: A high fiber, bulk and weight loss support combination supplement, with psyllium husks, sugar beet fiber, bacteria, prebiotics (FOS), glucomannan fiber, L-Glutamine and herbs (fennel seed, peppermint leaf and ginger root). Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy-restricted diet, while fiber is a key ingredient in a healthy, varied and balanced diet. Sugar beet fiber, in particular, contributes to an increase in fecal bulk and supports normal bowel function.
1 x pot Multi-Flora: A multi-strain combination of 8 bacteria cultures, providing 4 billion viable organisms per capsule:

Lactobacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus, Bifidobacterium Breve, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium Longum, Bifidobacterium Infantis, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus. With no added sugars, artificial flavorings or colors, this food supplement provides an alternative to sugary yogurts and yogurt drinks containing bacteria cultures. I LOVE THIS KIT!

I ordered this kit for the times when I over eat and indulge in eating all kinds of foods…But this kit has done magic to my life, I do love this kit and would recommend it to anyone who wants to do a colon cleanse and kick off their own weight loss and healthy diet! I am no longer bloated, the stored toxins in my body are gone or vanished somehow, the excess water is also gone. I do feel lighter. I am absolutely in love with this kit, I’ve been taking these capsules for a month and they’ve done wonders not to only my digestive system but my whole body. Great!

If you have "issues" with your liver...fatty liver, lazy liver, not working properly liver..etc. You must get this kit! It is very well put together, the ingredients are really all you need - take a look. I did my research - you do need probiotics, you do need Artichoke, and digestive enzymes, you do need to cleanse your colon, if you get the enema kit it's even better. Went back ...my blood test results are much better. Great quality supplements. I would love to try the antioxidants they have on here. Shipping was free!

EXCELLENT KIT INDEED

Great line of supplements and we sure do love this kit. The kit will help you with bloating if you have that, if you feel tired after eating a big meal, this is the kit for you. I did not take all the capsules at the same time everyday, I skipped a few days ..It's best to order kits because that way you know you did not miss anything. All the ingredients I needed really and it WORKS!

Allergies seem to be clearing up, I’ve used this kit in conjunction with a good healthy diet and I think that also contributed big time to my great results. I am sweating much easier, releasing the accumulated toxins through my skin. Big changes in my bowel movement, shape and consistency – I am very pleased to say the least. For the few days I’ve been taking this kit, I’ve already noticed dramatic benefits, I cannot explain it but I feel my body is bit by bit removing toxins. Feel alive again!

I found this kit while googling something…I cannot remember what it was now, I read the many great reviews and decided to give it a try. About 3 wks. later, the pain under my rib went away and my appetite came back, later on..a few wks. later, I felt like I am finally getting my health back. I am so grateful. I was hospitalized a few months back for an enlarged liver and other issues with my liver enzymes, I did not eat or drink much for months on end, I lost my appetite and as a result I lost a lot of weight, I felt weak and tired all the time. This is a good kit, not only for Christmas or Thanksgiving dinners, it’s a great price and it’s really all you need. Give it a try if you have issues with your liver. I will be ordering some of the antioxidants they have here in the store. I am looking forward to the next chapter of my life.

We ordered this kit for Christmas of last year, we plan to order it again this year as well. My husband and I both used it (comes in 3 flat shape bottles). We both had loose and really stinky and dark coloured bowel movements and we felt like we were “detoxified”. This kit has more to offer than just helping you with digesting food better or helping you with some bloating.

This is a good kit. Get it!

I’ve had headaches all my life and I did take pain killers often, so it’s a no brainer that I needed a liver detox and this kit just did just that, it’s not only a "Holiday Survival Kit", there is more to it! I took the capsules with food and that helped because the zinc in the formulas can cause me a little bit of nausea. Other reviewers said it got rid of their bloating, this happened to us too, my stomach was not fat, but bloating made it look so. I am more pleased about this kit than words would allow - to be honest, the benefits of this kit are too many to even list here, it has helped my health in ways I did not expect. This kit contains a bottle that helps with digesting. I did a little digging and I found out that if you’re not digesting your food well it’s because your liver is overburdened - apparently, it all starts with a healthy liver. I can also say my immune system is better and got a little boost, my skin is looking better, and I feel better overall. This is a good kit. Get it!

Worth Every Penny

I do like this kit so far, I only ordered it because I wanted to try their water retention supplement, I have water retention in my legs and feet – it’s awful. check the ingredients on the bottles, there are a lot of goodies that worked not only for my water retention but for weight loss and digestion issues like bloating and acid reflux. My bloating was gone within hours of my first capsule! This stuff is potent and worth every penny.

Excellent Product

This is my second kit this year, the first kit was very good and helped me, but when I started the second kit I got a headache on and off, I am not surprised because I knew it’s a detox product kit even though it’s for a short period of time. This is an excellent product and company to order from. I do recommend working with your Dr. rather than do it alone. I found a few videos on YouTube and were very helpful, not I know to cut down the dosage to half or even one quarter if I needed. I reached out to their customer service and I got a very educated and helpful response.
