The Parasite Cleanse
Healthline covers the subject extensively and defines the parasite cleanse as a dietary regimen that is meant to detoxify the body from parasitic infections without prescription medication intended for the treatment of intestinal parasites in humans, for example.
Parasites
Parasites are living organisms that infect other living organisms to survive off them. Some hosts can become severely ill. Infections occur when parasites grow or reproduce. Examples, such as gut parasites, include:
- Cryptosporidiosis
- Giardiasis
- Toxoplasmosis
Symptoms
Most parasites come from consuming contaminated water or food. Tropical parasites can come from traveling abroad. Symptoms can range between the following:
- Aches
- Constipation
- Dehydration
- Diarrhea
- Fever
- Flu
- Gas
- Itching
- Nausea
- Redness
- Stomach aches
- Stomach cramps
- Swollen lymph nodes
- Sugar cravings
- Teeth Grinding
- Weight loss
- Vomiting
Diagnosis
Parasite infection is most commonly detected by analyzing a stool sample several times.
Medical Assistance
Some parasitic infections disappear by themselves, especially if you eat healthily and your immune system is healthy. Otherwise, doctors will usually prescribe oral medication, which is generally effective. Home remedies are also viable.
Home Remedies
Due to the high frequency of occurrence, everyone should annually do a parasite cleanse. Some even say it should be done twice a year. Home remedies with herbal supplements include:
- Anise
- Barberry
- Berberine
- Black walnut
- Clove oil
- Curled mint
- Goldthread
- Goldenseal
- Grapefruit seed extract
- Propolis
- Oregano oil
- Oregon grape
- Wormwood
There are other natural and plant-derived medicines that cleanse parasites from the intestines, liver, and other digestive tract parts. Natural health practitioners might also suggest homeopathic treatments. You should choose gentle herbs as some herbs can have harsh side effects, especially when conflicting with other medicines. Consult with a doctor prior. Some programs are two weeks on, two weeks off, while others can last up to a month.
Diet
Follow a nutritious diet that is low in refined sugars and processed food, emphasizing on fiber, a major player in the health of bowel movements. Nutrition also strengthens your immune system during parasitic eviction, especially when paired with probiotics that protect your body against other infestations. Garlic, papaya seeds, and pumpkin seeds are all antiparasitic. Consider a grain-and-sugar free diet in addition to limiting fruit intake to reduce dietary sugar.
Avoid during international travel:
- Fruits you cannot peel
- Ice
- Unpurified or unbottled water
- Street food
Research
- Probiotic therapy might help control an underway parasite infection.
- Natural parasite medicine might be effective.
- Parasite-cleanse dietary recommendations are generally good alongside prescriptions.
Side Effects
Some of the possible side effects include:
- Diarrhea
- Flu
- Headaches
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Stomach cramps
Keep these guidelines in considerations:
- If you are pregnant, talk to your doctor about any parasitic infection concerns.
- Autoimmune symptoms or other chronic health conditions may worsen.
- Anemic individuals might also be under a threat.
- Make sure you are getting plenty of fiber and having regular bowel movements so the parasites in your intestines can smoothly exit.
Verdict
- Find out the kind of parasites you might have before starting a cleanse; otherwise, you may do more harm than good.
- Conventional parasite therapy under a doctor’s care might be the best option for you.

I ordered your Parasite Cleanse and I loved it. 2 bottles later, I lost a few pounds and never felt better.
What difference would it make what kind of parasite you have? Why would i need to consult my Dr to see what parasite I have, what does it matter, how could I complicate things ? If I just take the cleanse Im covered for everything arent I?
I ordered 2 of your Gastro Power. I can only say, the stuff is powerful!!! Thanks blog…that’s what got me convinced I had (no more) parasites…BTW: I love your products. ALL of them!
